The ACcelerator is a five-month, interactive online certification program that develops franchise field coaches and operations leaders in AC Inc.’s Strategic Growth Coaching Methodology — our proprietary coaching system designed specifically for franchising.

This is a highly collaborative, practical learning environment, combining twice-weekly live sessions with hands-on application. Participants master the structure, tools, coaching frameworks, and mindset needed to drive franchisee growth, accountability, engagement, and satisfaction across their networks.
